½ cup Black Beans, rinsed and drained
¼ cup Red Onion, thinly sliced or diced
½ cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
¼ cup Crispy Fried Onions
½ cup Ranch Dressing
2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro, chopped
2 Lime Wedges

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Combine cooked chicken with BBQ sauce in a bowl and toss to coat
  2. Chop the Greens: Wash and chop romaine lettuce and place it in a large serving bowl
  3. Prepare the Veggies: Halve cherry tomatoes, cut corn kernels from the cob, rinse black beans, and slice red onio
