For the Saucy Beef:

1 tbsp tomato paste

1 cup beef broth

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp cornstarch (mixed with 1 tbsp water)

Instructions

Roast Potatoes: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet. Roast 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.

Cook Beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat. Add onion and garlic; cook until soft. Stir in tomato paste, broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire. Simmer 5 minutes.

Thicken Sauce: Stir in cornstarch slurry. Simmer until thickened. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.

Assemble: Serve saucy beef over roasted potatoes. Garnish with parsley. Serve hot.
