Instructions

In a large skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat.

Add sliced onions and cook slowly for 10–12 minutes until golden and soft.

Add ground beef and cook until browned.

Stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Pour in beef broth and heavy cream; bring to a gentle simmer.

Stir in cheese tortellini; cook 5–7 minutes until tender.
