Ingredients

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or breasts)

1 cup pineapple juice

½ cup soy sauce

⅓ cup brown sugar

¼ cup ketchup

2 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp sesame oil

3 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

Green onions and sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.

Pour marinade over chicken in a zip bag or bowl. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill chicken 5–7 minutes per side, basting with marinade.

Brush once more during final minute for a glossy glaze.

Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
