4–5 medium Ripe Peaches
1/4 cup Fresh Basil Leaves, packed

1–2 tablespoons Honey

Instructions
- Gently wash the ripe peaches, slice in half and remove the pit, then cut into bite-sized wedges or cubes and place in a large mixing bowl
- Stack basil leaves, roll tightly, and slice into ribbons, then add to the bowl with the peaches
- In a small bowl, combine lime juice, lime zest, and honey, whisk until well combined, then add a pinch of salt if desired
- Pour the dressing over peaches and basil, gently toss together, then optionally chill for 20-30 minutes before serving
