1 cup Heavy Cream, cold
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
¼ teaspoon Almond Extract (optional)
2–3 drops Green Food Coloring (optional)
Whipped Cream (for garnish)

Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare the crust by crushing graham crackers and grinding pistachios. Combine with sugar, salt, and melted butter, then press into jars and chill
- Step 2: Make the filling by whipping cream cheese until smooth, then adding powdered sugar and extracts. Fold in whipped cream carefully
- Step 3: Assemble the jars by piping the filling on top of the chilled crust and smoothing the tops. Chill for at least 4 hours
- Step 4: Garnish with whipped cream and chopped pistachios before serving
