4 ounces Cream Cheese
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 cup Fresh Strawberries
12 tablespoons Honey
12 tablespoons Fresh Basil or Mint
Pinch Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain any liquid from the block of feta cheese and crumble it into a food processor
  2. Add the softened cream cheese and olive oil to the food processor
  3. Process on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes
  4. Taste and season with a pinch of freshly ground black pepper
  5. Wash and hull the strawberries, then slice or quarter them
  6. Spread the whipped feta mixture onto a serving dish
  7. Top with the sliced strawberries and drizzle with honey
  8. Garnish with finely chopped basil or mint, and serve immediately

Notes

Using block feta packed in brine will yield better results than pre-crumbled feta.
