Instructions

  1. Prepare the noodles: If using traditional lasagna noodles, cook them according to package directions until al dente
  2. Make the Alfredo sauce: Melt butter in a large saucepan, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. Gradually whisk in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, add Parmesan, salt, pepper, and nutmeg until smooth
