4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
34 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
24 tablespoons Milk or Cream
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place a large skillet over medium heat and allow it to warm
  2. Add the butter to the pan and let it melt completely
  3. Pour the frozen corn directly into the melted butter and stir to coat
  4. Cook the corn for 5-7 minutes until it's heated through and tender-crisp
  5. Push the corn to one side of the pan and add the minced garlic to the cleared space. Sauté for 30-60 seconds until fragrant
  6. Stir the garlic into the corn, add the salt and pepper, and mix well
  7. Pour in the milk or cream and stir to create a creamy base
  8. Reduce the heat to low, sprinkle the shredded cheese over the corn, and stir until the cheese completely melts
  9. Remove from heat and garnish with parsley, then serve hot

Notes

Fresh corn can be used instead of frozen, cooking slightly longer.

For a creamier texture, use heavy cream instead of milk.
