3 large Ripe Avocados
1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup Red Onion, finely diced
1 Jalapeño, finely diced (seeds removed for less heat)
2–3 tablespoons Lime Juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper (or to taste)
Instructions
- Cut each avocado in half, twist to remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Dice the avocado into cubes
- Squeeze fresh lime juice over the diced avocado to prevent browning
- Add chopped cilantro, diced red onion, and jalapeño to the avocado
- Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste
- Gently fold the ingredients together without mashing the avocado
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary before serving immediately
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container with plastic wrap pressed directly onto the surface to minimize browning.
