Ingredients

3 large Ripe Avocados
1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup Red Onion, finely diced
1 Jalapeño, finely diced (seeds removed for less heat)
23 tablespoons Lime Juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cut each avocado in half, twist to remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Dice the avocado into cubes
  2. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the diced avocado to prevent browning
  3. Add chopped cilantro, diced red onion, and jalapeño to the avocado
  4. Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste
  5. Gently fold the ingredients together without mashing the avocado
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary before serving immediately

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container with plastic wrap pressed directly onto the surface to minimize browning.
