1 pound Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Cowboy butter
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Fresh parsley Optional
Instructions
- Step 1: Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces
- Step 2: In a small bowl, mix softened cowboy butter with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper
- Step 3: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the cowboy butter. Once melted, add chicken pieces and cook for about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brow
- Step 4: Remove from heat and transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired
- Step 5: Serve immediately

Check the doneness of chicken by cutting into a piece; it should be opaque and the juices should run clear.
