8 oz Swiss Cheese
1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
2 cups Whole Milk
1 cup Chicken Broth
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish
  2. Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch pieces, season with salt and pepper, and set aside
  3. In a saucepan, melt 1/4 cup of butter and whisk in flour to create a roux, cooking for 1-2 minutes
  4. Gradually add the milk and chicken broth, whisking until thickened. Stir in mustard, nutmeg, salt, and pepper
