Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and trim the asparagus
  2. Melt butter and add minced garlic. Infuse garlic for 30 seconds
  3. Toss asparagus with garlic butter, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet
  4. Roast asparagus for 10-12 minutes until tender-crisp
  5. Drizzle heavy cream over asparagus and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
  6. Return to oven for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately
