Ingredients
24–30 ounces Frozen Cooked Meatballs
16 ounces Uncooked Pasta
48 ounces Marinara Sauce
3 cups Chicken Broth
1 cup Water
2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 teaspoon Dried Italian Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large 9×13 inch baking dish
- Pour the uncooked pasta into the prepared baking dish and evenly distribute
- Arrange the frozen meatballs over the pasta
- In a large mixing bowl, combine marinara sauce, broth, and water; add Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, and mix well
- Pour the sauce mixture over the pasta and meatballs, gently stir to ensure pasta is submerged
- Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes
- Remove the foil, stir the casserole and sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top
- Return to the oven for an additional 15-20 minutes until pasta is tender and cheese is melted
- Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving, garnishing with fresh parsley if desired
Notes
Use high-quality marinara sauce for better flavor.
Ensure the pasta is mostly submerged in the liquid before baking for even cooking.
