Instructions

  3. In another bowl, cream together the softened butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until well combined
  5. Using a cookie scoop, drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each scoop
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Allow them to cool on a wire rack
  7. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. You can sweeten it with a little powdered sugar if desired
  8. Once the baked pastries cool, cut them in half and fill them with whipped cream, then replace the top
  9. Dust the tops with powdered sugar before serving
