Ingredients
1.5 lbs Ground Beef (80/20 lean)
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Black Pepper
½ cup Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Ketchup
1 tbsp Yellow Mustard
2 tbsp Sweet Pickle Relish
1 tsp White Vinegar
½ tsp Onion Powder
½ tsp Garlic Powder
¼ tsp Smoked Paprika
12–18 Slider Buns
6–9 American Cheese Slices (cut in quarters)
1 cup Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
½ cup Dill Pickle Slices
¼ cup Minced White Onio
2 tbsp Sesame Seeds (optional for buns)
Instructions
- Prepare the special sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, pickle relish, vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in a bowl. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
- Mix ground beef with salt and pepper. Form the mixture into 12-18 small patties
- Cook patties in a heated skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side; add a cheese quarter on each patty during the last minute of cooking
- Toast slider buns in the skillet until golden. Prepare toppings
