Ingredients
2 ¼ cups All-Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
½ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Unsalted Butter
¾ cup Granulated Sugar
¾ cup Brown Sugar (packed)
2 Large Eggs
1 ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1 ½ cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 cup Nutella
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish or springform pa
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened unsalted butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy
- Beat in the large eggs one at a time, and stir in the vanilla extract
- Slowly add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing on low speed until just combined
- Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Press about two-thirds of the cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared pie dish
- Spread the Nutella evenly over the cookie dough base
- Crumble the remaining one-third of the cookie dough over the Nutella layer
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the edges are golden brow
- Cool the pie for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving
