Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Donuts are a delightful fusion of creamy cheesecake and sweet peaches wrapped in soft, fried dough. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert, they bring the family together with their comforting aroma and taste.

  • Total Time: 30 mins
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups All-purpose flour
1 cup Sugar
2 teaspoons Baking powder
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamo
¾ cup Milk
2 large Eggs
¼ cup Butter (melted)
1 cup Fresh peaches (peeled and diced)
8 ounces Cream cheese (softened)
½ cup Powdered sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Whisk together well
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and melted butter. Incorporate this mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined
  3. Gently fold in the diced peaches, ensuring they're evenly distributed throughout the batter
  4. In a deep pan, heat about 2 inches of oil over medium-high heat, reaching around 350°F (175°C)
  5. Using a donut cutter or a mold, cut out donut shapes from the dough. Carefully place them into the hot oil, frying until golden brown on each side (about 2-3 minutes per side). Remove and drain on paper towels
  6. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. You can add a splash of milk if it’s too thick
  7. Cool the donuts slightly, then fill them with the cheesecake mixture either by piping it in or cutting a slit in the side and spooning it i
  8. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with warm peach glaze if desired

Notes

Keep the oil temperature steady to ensure even frying and prevent greasy donuts.

Allow the donuts to cool slightly before filling; this prevents the filling from melting.

Don’t overcrowd the pan when frying; fry in batches to maintain even cooking.
