4 medium Ripe peaches
2 cups Heavy cream
1 can (14 ounces) Sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
A pinch Salt
Instructions
- Prep your loaf pan by lining it completely with plastic wrap for easy removal
- Wash, peel, and chop the peaches, then blend them with lemon juice until chunky
- Whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form
- In a separate bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth
- Gently fold the condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream, then fold in the peach puree
- Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top
- Cover with the overhanging plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours or preferably overnight before serving
Notes
Use fully ripe peaches for the best flavor.
Chill your mixing bowl and beaters for better whipped cream results.
Add texture by stirring in crushed cookies or nuts before freezing.
