2 cups All-purpose flour

½ tsp Salt
1 cup Unsalted butter, softened
4 Large eggs
2 tsp Vanilla extract
8 oz Cream cheese, softened
1 cup Fresh strawberries, diced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pa
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside
- In another large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in ½ cup of the cake batter into the cream cheese
- Fold in the diced strawberries into the remaining cake batter
- Pour half of the cake batter into the prepared loaf pan. Spoon in the cream cheese mixture over the batter and swirl gently with a knife. Pour the remaining cake batter over the cream cheese mixture
- Bake in the preheated oven for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clea
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely
