Ingredients
1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup Granulated sugar
1/4 cup Unsalted butter, melted
8 oz Cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Powdered sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2 cups Fresh strawberries, sliced
8 Mini flour tortillas
Whipped cream (optional) for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C)
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined
- Press the graham cracker mixture into the sides of an 8-inch round pan to form a crust
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Remove and let cool
- In another bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy
- Once the crust is cool, fill each tortilla with a generous scoop of cream cheese mixture
- Layer the sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese, followed by a sprinkle of the leftover graham cracker mixture
- Top with whipped cream if desired, and serve immediately!
Notes
Make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature for easy mixing.
Use ripe, fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
If time allows, chill the filled tacos for about 30 minutes before serving for a firmer texture.
