1 cup Powdered Sugar
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 lb Fresh Strawberries
2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1520 Golden Oreos
1 oz Freeze-Dried Strawberries
2 tablespoons Melted Butter
1012 Waffle Cones

Instructions

  1. Prepare the waffle cones by gently unwrapping them. If using regular cones, cut them in half to create taco shapes
  2. In a food processor, blend the Golden Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter until coated
  3. Whip the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then add heavy cream and vanilla. Whip until light and fluffy. Chill the filling
  4. Mix diced strawberries with granulated sugar and lemon juice. Let sit to create a syrup
  5. Pipe the cheesecake filling into each waffle cone. Top with the strawberry mixture and sprinkle the crunch topping over it
  6. Chill the assembled tacos for at least 30 minutes before serving
