Ingredients
16 oz Cream Cheese
1 cup Powdered Sugar
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 lb Fresh Strawberries
2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
15–20 Golden Oreos
1 oz Freeze-Dried Strawberries
2 tablespoons Melted Butter
10–12 Waffle Cones
Instructions
- Prepare the waffle cones by gently unwrapping them. If using regular cones, cut them in half to create taco shapes
- In a food processor, blend the Golden Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter until coated
- Whip the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then add heavy cream and vanilla. Whip until light and fluffy. Chill the filling
- Mix diced strawberries with granulated sugar and lemon juice. Let sit to create a syrup
- Pipe the cheesecake filling into each waffle cone. Top with the strawberry mixture and sprinkle the crunch topping over it
- Chill the assembled tacos for at least 30 minutes before serving

For best results, prepare components ahead and assemble just before serving to maintain crunch.
